Breaking Changes
- `wt list --format=json` now defaults to schema 2

Upgrade Notes
Update `wt list` JSON output by setting `json-schema = 1` if you rely on the previous schema. Be aware that `wt config show` now exits with an error on invalid configurations, and `wt config update` behavior has changed regarding key removal and output format.
