- Refactored the Gemini image pipeline into explicit detection, alpha, repair, and evaluation layers while preserving current production behavior.
- Added evidence-gated decision-path tracing for accepted and skipped watermark candidates.

## Quality

- Re-verified the 2026-06-23 to 2026-06-24 online Gemini sample set at 978/1000 = 97.80% pass rate with no newly failing samples.
- Added strict quality monitoring, visual review packs, alpha ablation reports, and GitHub v1.0.27 comparison sheets.
- Confirmed the observed perfect-strict drop is primarily stricter damage/texture metric coverage, not a visible regression against GitHub v1.0.27 outputs.

## Scope

- Safe release scope: current image defaults plus guarded image-v2 36 small profile evidence.
- Not claimed in this release: video-v2 Allenk parity, broad image-v2 coverage, new video denoise defaults, or new visible-residual alpha-profile productionization.
