# Forms make it easy to collect requests, feedback, RSVPs, and more. ## Version 0.14.2 – 09/10/2026 ### Desktop #### New Features - Database Form view: Create, share, and gather information using forms, which are connected directly to your databases. - Public web links: Distribute forms externally to anyone on the web, even if they don't have an AppFlowy account. - Internal-only restriction: Secure your forms to ensure only authenticated members of your workspace can view and submit them. - Anonymity toggle: Switch anonymous submissions on or off to choose whether to record responder identities or protect user privacy. ### Mobile #### New Features - Database Form view ### Security Notice (Windows) This Windows release is signed with a newly renewed code-signing certificate. Because Windows SmartScreen builds reputation per certificate, you may temporarily see an "unrecognized app" warning. This build is properly signed and safe — if prompted, select **More info → Run anyway**. The warning will clear as the certificate establishes reputation.
