Upgrade Notes

Treat this as a migration to a different project rather than a version bump: pin the OMI Desktop 0.12.x line if you depend on the Brain/Activity tab behavior, and evaluate Scrapling 0.4.15 separately. If adopting the newer release, review the MCP server breaking-changes documentation, add authentication credentials for the HTTP transport, and expect localhost-only binding by default.
