### What's New
- Notifications now appear even when the Ask Omi floating bar is disabled: the card pops up briefly and the bar hides itself again. Only the Notifications toggle controls whether notifications are shown.
- Opening a task from the dashboard that was already cancelled or deleted now says it is no longer available, instead of switching to Tasks and selecting nothing
- Proactive context now connects related work across apps — reading a PR, chatting about it, and drafting an email on the same project share one workstream's context — and reacts after 2 seconds on a page instead of 8
