## OMI Desktop v0.12.27

### What's New
- Sign-in now shows a clear, actionable message when Firebase configuration is briefly unavailable instead of failing opaquely, and the system-audio permission indicator now reflects your real macOS permission state
- Fixed push-to-talk dead-mic recovery not triggering (or being reported) outside the realtime path, so silent voice turns now attempt a mic-capture rebuild and are logged accurately
- Launching a second copy of Omi now brings the existing window to the front instead of starting a duplicate that could corrupt your data
- Show a retryable error when task reordering cannot sync locally or to Omi Cloud
- Improved reliability of AI and screen-activity features when backend errors occur
- Fixed cached short-term memories appearing in the desktop Memories UI before the account is enabled for the new memory lifecycle.
