## OMI Desktop v0.12.30

### What's New
- Chat now avoids reusing stale sign-in tokens and known-bad BYOK keys when starting the AI runtime
- Added a "Save Diagnostics…" option to Report Issue that saves a redacted diagnostics report locally (works offline, nothing is uploaded), and the app log file is now created owner-only so it is no longer readable by other users on the machine
- Improved realtime voice recovery diagnostics when managed Gemini or OpenAI token minting fails
- Improved desktop recording recovery so failed cloud reconciliation can retry from saved local transcript segments with clearer diagnostics
- Reordering tasks now stays correct in large lists (100+ items in a section no longer scramble order), and rapid re-drags no longer leave a row stuck dimmed
