Emscripten 6.0.10 graduates the SDL3 port from experimental and removes its compiler diagnostic warning. It deprecates WASM=0 and WASM=2, removes NODE_CODE_CACHING, and optimizes embind value_object/value_array argument handling to use the wasm stack. That embind change alters the registration ABI, so objects built against older bind.h must be rebuilt.
