Upgrade Notes

If you have overridden the health script in systemd, update it to use the new standard path `/usr/local/bin/mtproto-web-health.sh`. You no longer need to configure `public_dir` to bypass previous restart issues. Run `sudo mtbuddy update --force` to ensure the updated health script is installed.
