Full Release Notes

## Watermark Candidate Selection

- Keep best-effort processing when a weak exact 96px / 192px-margin rescue competes with the canonical 96px / 64px-margin Gemini candidate, and prefer the candidate with stronger positive source evidence.
- Fix the wrong-location removal reported in issue #142 without adding a rejection threshold that could leave a visible watermark unchanged.
- Preserve the established exact-R192 path for samples with stronger confirmed 192px-margin evidence.

## Release Validation

- Fix the image release gate so already published video changes are not attributed to the current image release.
- Resolve the previous package release from Git history while preserving the explicit base-tag override and the out-of-scope video-change blocker.
- Complete automated result: 1,673 passed, 32 skipped, and 0 failed.
- Packed SDK consumer smoke: 8 passed.
- Scoped image quality gate and release goal audit passed.
