## Summary - Fixed the Engram Cloud dashboard read model so autosync-only observations stored in `cloud_mutations` are visible in browser/search views. ## Details - Replays standalone cloud mutation rows after chunk-backed data when building the dashboard model. - Preserves deterministic mutation ordering by sequence and timestamp. - Adds regression coverage for mutation-only observations and delete ordering. ## Validation - `go test ./internal/cloud/cloudstore`
