## Summary

Engram v1.15.0 is the hardening release for memory conflicts, cloud sync truthfulness, operational repair, and Windows plugin reliability.

## Highlights

### Memory conflict surfacing

- Added conflict audit and semantic judge workflows for memory contradictions.
- Added `engram conflicts` commands for listing, showing, scanning, stats, and deferred relation replay.
- Added MCP `mem_compare` so agents can persist semantic conflict verdicts.
- Added cloud sync support for memory relations and deferred FK replay.

### Doctor diagnostics and safe repair

- Added `engram doctor` with text and JSON output.
- Added MCP `mem_doctor` for read-only operational diagnostics.
- Added `engram doctor repair` with explicit `--plan`, `--dry-run`, and `--apply` modes.
- Repair creates a SQLite backup before applying and only reclassifies session-scoped local rows.

### Cloud dashboard correctness

- Fixed dashboard Browser counts to show current cloud state instead of historical chunk totals.
- Preserved historical chunks for audit/debug behavior.
- Added project-aware current-state handling so duplicate IDs across projects do not overwrite each other.

### Windows Claude Code plugin hardening

- Hardened `UserPromptSubmit` for Windows Git Bash/MSYS2 environments.
- Added fork-light safe mode to avoid `WFSO timed out after longjmp` hangs.
- Added a PowerShell fallback script for enterprise environments where Git Bash is blocked by Defender/EDR.
- Validated with a Windows tester: first prompt loaded Engram tools, subsequent hook calls returned sub-second, and no WFSO hang reproduced.

### Beta testing infrastructure

- Added isolated beta Docker Compose setup and testing documentation for community cloud testing.

## Operator notes

- `engram doctor` is read-only by default.
- `engram doctor repair --apply` is opt-in and creates backups, but operators should still review `--plan` and `--dry-run` first.
- Dashboard Browser now represents current state; historical sync/chunk data remains available for audit paths.
- Windows users should rerun `engram setup claude` after upgrading so the plugin hook changes are installed.
