v4.10 v0.9.45

low risk

What's New

v0.9.45 is a bug-fix-only release; its version numbering versus v4.10 suggests mismatched repos, so verify before pinning.

Bug Fixes

  • `graphify install <platform>` now advances the `.graphify_version` stamp only for the platform it actually rewrites, so untouched platforms keep a truthful staleness warning.
  • Incremental rebuilds validate the `.graphify_root` marker against stored `source_file` paths, preventing a mismatched marker from treating every unchanged source as deleted.
  • Go files declaring exported and unexported symbols that differ only by case (e.g. `Run`/`run`) no longer collapse onto a single node id, and intra-file calls to the unexported symbol resolve locally.
  • Loading a `graph.json` containing a hyperedge now passes ID validation instead of raising a KeyError crash.

Upgrade Notes

The two release notes describe different products and the version sequence goes backwards (v4.10 to v0.9.45), so confirm you are comparing the intended artifacts before upgrading. If you are on the graphify 0.9.x line, this is a safe drop-in patch with no config or migration steps; the install-stamp fix means previously over-stamped platforms may re-emit staleness warnings until reinstalled. Re-run `graphify install <platform>` for any platform you want marked current.
