Breaking Changes
- jj git fetch ignores Git's tagOpt and uses <name>@<remote> format.
- jj git clone --fetch-tags removed in favor of --tag=PATTERN.
- jj git push --all now pushes all tags.
- WorkspaceRef.root() returns Option<FsPath> instead of String.
- jj file search prints every matched line instead of just file paths.
