# Murmure 1.11.3

A release focused on control and reliability: a new way to run your prompts on selected text, a dictionary that accepts far more than single words, and a long list of audio and shortcut fixes.

## Transform your selection
Each LLM mode now has its own shortcut, from `Ctrl+Alt+Shift+1` to `Ctrl+Alt+Shift+4`. Select some text, press it, and the mode's saved prompt runs on that selection, with no dictation at all.

## A better dictionary
Your entries can now use every character the model knows, not just letters, and two-word entries are supported, so full names and expressions finally fit. A word counter tells you when the list is getting long, and you can import and export it as plain text.

## Quieter, clearer audio
Murmure lowers your system volume while you record, so music no longer bleeds into your dictation. The start and stop sounds are louder, with a slider to set them where you want.

## Also new
- A pacman package for Arch-based distros.
- A `--hidden` flag to start Murmure without showing the window.
- Pause and ScrollLock can be used as shortcuts, and any key the backend detects can now be recorded, including F13.
- The fn / globe key can be bound on macOS.

## Fixes
- A copied image stays in your clipboard when you dictate, instead of being replaced by empty text.
- Accented characters are typed natively in Direct mode on Wayland.
- Bluetooth microphones are listed on Linux.
- Long dictations keep their stop sound, and chunks are no longer silently truncated.
- The Transform and paste shortcuts no longer break when you hold the keys.
- The log file is capped at 1 MB while the app runs, and logging can be turned off entirely.
- The wake word listener no longer floods the log or flickers the tray icon.
- Security updates for dependencies.
