Nightly is an unstable artifact-sharing tag with no documented changes over v41.0 and is not intended for use.
Upgrade Notes
No delta is documented: the nightly tag only exists to share build artifacts and its own notes warn that builds are unstable and must not replace a release version. Stay on v41.0 for any environment, including staging, and treat nightly as unverified. If you need the v41 audit-log or request-ID work, it is already in v41.0.
