Upgrade Notes
The existing threaded runner remains the default, so existing setups should work without changes. However, users opting into the new delayed_job_master process should configure DELAYED_JOB_MAX_RUNTIME and DELAYED_JOB_MAX_MEMORY, and consider setting AGENT_EXECUTION_LOCK_TIMEOUT if they encounter job stalls. Note the upgrade to Ruby 4.0.7 and Ubuntu Noble.
