## What's Changed
- Support for windows .bat/.ps1 launcher files was completely removed.  These
  days we use a native windows launcher program. (#27359)
- `MEMORY64=2` was marked as deprecated. (#27952)
- The undocumented `FS.filesystems` object was removed. Replace things like
  `FS.filesystems['MEMFS']` with plain `MEMFS`. (#27940)
- libpng port updated from 1.6.58 to 1.6.59. (#27956)
