- SQL CREATE TRIGGER statements are now extracted and linked to their table.
- Groovy enum declarations and constants are now extracted.

- Markdown wikilink index now skips ignored trees for better performance.
Bug Fixes
- R6 class definitions via namespace-qualified constructors are now recognized.
- R6 intra-class calls through self$ and private$ now resolve correctly.
- Markdown wikilink index no longer descends ignored trees.
- Manifest re-anchoring now uses correct path syntax for foreign platforms.
Upgrade Notes
R6 language support is now functional for namespace-qualified classes and intra-class methods. Wikilinks in ignored files will no longer be resolved. Manifest paths on foreign platforms (Windows/POSIX) should no longer suffer from separator corruption.
