Upgrade Notes
The CLI now auto-refreshes stale skills after package upgrades, which can be disabled via the `GRAPHIFY_NO_AUTO_REFRESH` environment variable. No configuration changes are required, but be aware of automatic file backups to `SKILL.md.bak`.
