What's New
Calendar-versioned release adds TanStack virtualization, ACP elicitation, and CRM deal-stage APIs
Breaking Changes
- Version numbering jumps from 1.808.0 semver to calendar versioning (2026.9.9.0), so pinned ranges, changelog tooling, and upgrade scripts expecting 1.x will not match.
- Generic writes to managed team property definitions are now refused, which can break clients that wrote to those definitions directly.
- The document cognition service was migrated to a gateway, which may change routing or configuration for consumers of that service.
New Features
- ACP elicitation lets agents explicitly ask users for missing information during a run.
- CRM gains role-gated deal stage endpoints and a deal stages editor.
- A GraphQL user favorites query is exposed, with favorites reordering done via optimistic mutation.
- New layout work adds an email inner sidebar, an updated Magic Chip header, and refreshed app views.
- The channels view rail was recomposed as part of the layout refresh.
Improvements
- TanStack virtualization is applied to agent transcripts and activity feeds to cut rendering cost on long lists.
- The document cognition service now routes through the gateway.
- Team out-of-office calendar behavior is gated behind a feature flag.
- Channels view rail internals were refactored for cleaner composition.
Bug Fixes
- Shared calendars now display the organizer's name rather than their raw address.
- Cursor can recover missed runs safely instead of dropping them.
- Fixed an infinite loading state caused by the new app views feature flag readiness wait.
Upgrade Notes
Treat this as a major-version transition: update any version pins, CI filters, or dependency ranges that assume 1.x semver before upgrading. Audit integrations that write generic properties to managed team definitions, since those writes are now rejected, and verify document cognition calls still resolve after the gateway migration. The older release's AI-chat script execution feature is not referenced in the newer notes, so confirm it still behaves as expected after the jump.
