Upgrade Notes
The two entries are different packages (create-ripple vs. @ripple-ts/adapter-node) rather than successive versions of one package, so there is no real upgrade path between them. Treat each as a routine lockstep dependency bump and upgrade the whole Ripple toolchain to 0.3.126 together to avoid mismatched internal pins. No config or API changes are required.
