Newer tag is a Windows installer patch for a different package, so no meaningful delta from v0.6.0-rc341 can be derived.
Breaking Changes
- Version lineage is discontinuous (v0.6.0-rc341 to 0.2.3) and the notes reference different upstream repos, so this is not a normal in-place upgrade path.
- The Bash/QML language support, Codex deadline handling, and AEGIS musl fixes present in the older release are absent from the newer notes and may not exist in it.

Treat these as unrelated artifacts rather than consecutive versions: confirm which package and repository you actually depend on before changing pins. If you are on the Windows CLI, reinstall with 0.2.3 so the installer completes and `magnitude` lands on PATH, then verify the command resolves in a fresh shell. Do not assume the older release's Bash/QML or Codex fixes carry over, since the newer notes do not mention them.
