- Added a saved microphone priority list with drag-to-reorder, device history, availability status, and quick access from microphone-change notices.

- Fixed modifier-only dictation shortcuts incorrectly firing after unrelated Shift-key combinations.
- Corrected the displayed download size for Whisper Large Turbo.
