Major security overhaul and expert management system upgrade in v0.8.0
Breaking Changes
- Secrets (ENCRYPTION_KEY, UNSUBSCRIBE_SECRET_KEY, BETTER_AUTH_SECRET) are now generated per install and no longer ship with default values
- Legacy HS256 JWT verification path is removed, so JWT_VERIFY_KEY is no longer read
- The unused TrialNotificationDelivery table is dropped by migration

Upgrade Notes
Secrets must be regenerated per install via `make init-env`, and legacy JWT verification has been removed. If you used default secrets, you must export the old key and run the migration commands to re-encrypt data.
