Upgrade Notes

New metrics (`siphon_ai_otlp_collector_up`, `siphon_ai_hep_collector_up`) will appear in `/metrics`. Mutual TLS requires certificate configuration for SIP trunking. The new `warn` log floor prevents silent log filtering unless the `--log-no-floor` flag is used.
