What's New
Added UDP support and required explicit service provision for experimental modules
Breaking Changes

New Features
- Added DatagramSocket for UDP support on Node, Bun, and Deno.
- Enhanced WebSocket clients to support handshake headers and subprotocols.
- Updated Esc key behavior to end terminal input by default with configurable predicate.
Improvements
- DNS operations now accept and normalize domain-name strings and address inputs.
