## What's new

- New Cloudflare self-hosting flow: `pnpm deploy:selfhost` provisions and deploys everything.
  - Replaces the Deploy to Cloudflare button and manual Wrangler setup.
- New `seo-audit` agent skill: a one-page, plain-language site report.
- Backlinks now sort by most recently found first.

## Fixed

- Rank tracking now reports your organic position, so rankings no longer look worse than they really are.
- Self-hosting setup failures now say what's actually wrong instead of a generic error.
- AI features now work in Docker self-hosting when `OPENROUTER_API_KEY` is set. — thanks @Nordalux
