The tags are out of order: v0.4.5 was published roughly 36 minutes before v0.4.6, so the real forward upgrade is v0.4.5 → v0.4.6 and is low risk. Do not treat v0.4.5 as newer — moving from v0.4.6 to v0.4.5 reverts the router and typing fixes and pulls in a breaking routing-default change. No config edits or migrations are required for the v0.4.5 → v0.4.6 step.
