- `MODELCLAUDE.md`: ported the Subagent Briefs, Writing Style Constraints, and Change Discipline sections from the maintainer's global CLAUDE.md, synced the 1% Rule wording, added the new attributions, and replaced personal examples with generic ones, closing #239
- Maintainer credit in skills authored by @jeffallan: the bare `[Synergetic Solutions](https://synergetic.solutions)` line above the Documentation backlink now reads "Maintained by [@jeffallan](https://github.com/jeffallan), Principal Consultant at [Synergetic Solutions](https://synergetic.solutions)", matching the docs site footer. `syncSkillPages` strips the new line; CLAUDE.md's "Company Backlink" section is now "Maintainer Credit"

### Fixed
- `legacy-modernizer`: `metadata.output-format` was `code+analysis`, which the validator rejects; now `analysis-and-code`. Removed `code+analysis` from the allowed values listed in CLAUDE.md so the docs match the validator
- `code-documenter`: "When to Use This Skill" was a prose sentence instead of the bullet list every other skill uses; rewritten as bullets drawn from its description
- ROADMAP header showed "Released January 2026" and "Last updated: February 2026" next to v0.4.17; dates corrected (`update-docs.py` updates the version marker only)
