Upgrade Notes

Self-hosted deployments require database migrations and backfilling existing inboxes to the new Connection model, though existing channels continue working for end users. Update `REALTIME_BROADCAST_SECRET` to at least 32 characters and configure the new `REDIS_QUEUE_URL` and `REDIS_QUEUE_BULK_URL` environment variables.
