Upgrade Notes

Existing configurations remain compatible without changes. The new `--ip-id` option allows granular control over IPv4 IP ID assignment per profile, and `MIN_AUTOTTL_DELTA`/`MAX_AUTOTTL_DELTA` can be used to adjust AutoTTL test ranges. The new `50-quic4all` script offers an alternative method for QUIC interception.
