- `session/workingDirectoryReplaced` retains an earlier duplicate replacement to prevent moving a protected primary.
Upgrade Notes
Update all references from `ResourceReponsePart` to `ResourceResponsePart`. Be aware that `SessionState.inputNeeded` no longer raises status for tool-client execution entries. Use the new `session/workingDirectoryReplaced` atom for directory management.
