Breaking Changes
- Library API rework changes `BranchDiffSpec`, `UserConfig::save_to`, and `config::UnknownAnalysis`.

Upgrade Notes
You must update code using the library API as `BranchDiffSpec`, `UserConfig::save_to`, and `config::UnknownAnalysis` have changed. Additionally, scripts using `wt switch --no-cd -x` must be updated to explicitly include a `cd` command if they rely on the invoking directory.
