## Fixes - DNS: - prevent restart crash if `DOT=off` and `DNS_KEEP_NAMESERVER=off` - retry on next period the blocklists update after a failed update - `WIREGUARD_ENDPOINT_IP` overrides the IP address correctly (regression introduced in v3.39.0) - ExpressVPN hardcoded servers data updated (#2888 - huge thanks to the manual work of @Lobstrosity) - PureVPN OpenVPN configuration updated (from #2991, credits to @mlapaj) - SlickVPN updater: only keep 11 servers hardcoded and drop website scraping code - VPNSecure updater fixed, with region and city data allowed to be set to `N / A` - VPN Unlimited updater: no longer valid hardcoded hosts removed
