Patch release for effect with LayerMap lifecycle and finalizer/scope fixes. LayerMap preload references are released after acquisition so entries follow idle TTL, and preloading is skipped when idle TTL is zero. It also fixes Reloadable.auto hanging on scope close and interrupted acquisition failures in finalizers/acquireRelease.
