## Fixes
- **Grok Bot live INDEX lists the seat's own rows first** (#4240). Each seat's 80-row `zz-claude-mem-inject.md` now lists that seat's project rows before any house-wide rows; house rows only fill the remaining slots, and the house query is skipped when the seat fills the window.
- **Seat self-saves show up in the INDEX.** Rows saved through `POST /api/memory/save` (for example Grok Bot `grok-seat-save`) were excluded by the concept filter; the seat query now includes them, and a successful manual save triggers an INDEX refresh.
