Fixed a critical bug in Eino single-agent mode where long conversations triggered a NodeRunError (400) due to broken tool_call/tool_result pairing after summarization. Added defense-in-depth middlewares (`toolPairReconciler` and `orphanToolPruner`) to the agentic path to align with the classic path and ensure stability.
