2.2.361 v0.1.8
debpalash/VoiceStudioFeb 12, 2026 → Feb 20, 20268 days between releases
What's New
Newer release adds HTTP proxy and custom CA certificate support to the Python client's HttpConfig and Client.
New Features
- HttpConfig now accepts HTTP proxy settings for outbound client traffic.
- HttpConfig now supports custom CA certificates for TLS verification against private or internal endpoints.
- The Python Client exposes proxy and ca_cert parameters directly for per-instance configuration.
- Integration tests were added to validate proxy configuration handling end to end.
Improvements
- Empty-string proxy or CA certificate values are normalized to None, avoiding invalid configuration states.
- Network connectivity and security settings are now configurable without patching client internals.
Upgrade Notes
The version identifiers are not comparable (2.2.361 to v0.1.8), so treat this as a separate release line and verify which artifact your pins actually resolve to before upgrading. New proxy and ca_cert options are additive and optional, so existing client code should continue to work unchanged. Pass None rather than empty strings for unset values, though empty strings are now coerced automatically.
