Upgrade Notes
Clients previously exposed via generator-level renames already use the correct name, but TypeScript, Kotlin, and Swift clients previously carried the typo and must be updated. Additionally, clients must handle the new logic where `toolClientExecution` entries keep the session `InProgress` rather than raising `InputNeeded`.
