Upgrade Notes
Due to a critical security vulnerability, `ods update` does not apply code fixes; follow the manual update guide in SECURITY.md. The Hermes owner-card gate is now opt-in by default; administrators must explicitly enable it if required. Version metadata has been aligned to 3.0.0 across all components (product, CLI, dashboard).
