facebook/lexicalSep 19, 2026 → Sep 21, 20262 days between releases
What's New
Newer release introduces pre-built binaries and CLI tools for Asterisk AI, a different project than the older WhatsApp release.
New Features
- Pre-built binaries available for Linux, macOS, and Windows (x86_64, ARM64, Apple Silicon)
- New CLI tools: agent setup, agent check, agent rca, and agent version
Improvements
- Multi-platform support including ARM64 and Apple Silicon architectures
- Installation instructions include checksum validation for security
Upgrade Notes
Since the projects are unrelated, no migration is required. The newer version requires downloading and verifying binaries instead of standard package installation.
