AI Summary
This release fixes a bug in the `session_forget` tool where it incorrectly reported that a session had never existed after successfully deleting it. The issue was caused by the tool logic failing to handle the state of a session with no remaining browsers. Additionally, a specific test was updated to better detect this scenario.
Key Highlights
- Fixed `session_forget` tool reporting a session as non-existent after successful deletion
- Root cause identified as logic error when handling sessions with no browsers left
- Updated test to ensure session ID appears in the correct answer state
Full Release Notes
`session_forget` deleted the session correctly and then reported that it had never existed. Closing the last browser makes the server write the session down, and a session with no browsers left is erased - so the erase at the end of the tool had nothing left to erase, and its answer was being read as "did this session exist". Nothing was ever left behind; the sentence was wrong, and it is the sentence a model reads before deciding the name it used must be the wrong one. Found by trying 0.16.0 in a clean environment from the index rather than by any test, which is why the test that should have caught it is fixed too: it asserted that the session id appeared in the answer, and the id appears in both answers the tool can give.
