Scoped RC for current image defaults and packaged video tooling fixes.\n\nHighlights:\n- Fixes packaged SDK/CLI video export assets so the local video preview page, video app bundle, FDnCNN models, and browser ONNX runtime files are included.\n- Serves the packaged video preview page over a temporary local HTTP URL so browser model assets can load reliably.\n- Preserves explicit video backend and bitrate debug choices through automatic presets.\n- Adds BT.709 limited-range color metadata for video export compatibility.\n- Adds source-structure protection around video watermark cleanup to reduce edge/background transition artifacts.\n- Includes residual safety evidence and fail-closed guards for recent image residual cases.\n\nRelease scope:\n- Current image defaults are scoped for release.\n- Image V2 36px support remains guarded.\n- Video denoise, alpha-shape changes, and video Allenk parity remain review/experiment scoped and are not promoted as default production claims.\n\nVerification:\n- pnpm build passed.\n- pnpm test passed: 1273 tests, 1261 pass, 12 skipped, 0 fail.\n- release:quality-gate passed with recommendation rc-current-image-defaults-with-scoped-claims.\n- release:goal-audit passed: achieved-scoped-rc-ready.\n- GitHub Actions CI passed for e593289a4b8baf8156bc3e2f21a5bb98259a131a.

Issue follow-up:
- Addresses #97 by adding BT.709 limited-range video export metadata and source-structure protection around watermark cleanup to reduce color grading shifts, playback compatibility issues, and edge/background transition artifacts.
- Online distribution smoke passed for the website userscript, extension ZIP, checksum file, and download page. Chrome Web Store propagation is still waiting on 1.0.29.
