- Solidity enum values link via `case_of` instead of `contains`.
- PowerShell enum members link via `case_of` instead of `contains`.

Improvements

Bug Fixes
- Astro files terminate a trailing `//` comment to prevent swallowing the next block.
- Zero-byte source files no longer claim a misleading line-1 source location.
- PHP calls to methods colliding with builtins now resolve against the caller's class.
Upgrade Notes
Scala class-level context bounds now resolve to `references` edges. PHP method collisions with builtins are now resolved correctly. Incremental updates no longer report false deletions in sibling folders.
