What's New

Major release adds ESP32 support and publishes 120 crates with breaking auth changes.

Breaking Changes

  • Writes to /v1/pipeline/inject* and /internal/* now require authentication.
  • Writes are gated until Firestore hydration completes.

New Features

  • Added ESP32 decision firmware with INT8 support.
  • Implemented OpenJev pipeline training.
  • Added deterministic min-cut algorithm.
  • Published 120 crates on crates.io.

Improvements

  • Brain server graph rebuild latency reduced from 96s to 31ms p99.
  • Brain server writes and training now wait for Firestore hydration.
  • Brain server ranked search and sparsifier no longer hold graph lock.

Bug Fixes

  • Fixed UTF-8 truncation panics in brain server.
  • Brain server SSE image builds correctly with BRAIN_SYSTEM_KEY.

Upgrade Notes

Clients must update authentication for /v1/pipeline/inject* and /internal/* endpoints. Writes are now gated until Firestore hydration completes, which takes approximately 1 minute. Expect latency improvements in brain server graph rebuilds.
