**IngeTrazo has extensions.** A new **Extensions** menu discovers Python plugins at startup — drop a `.py` file in your user plugins folder (`~/.local/share/ingetrazo/plugins/` on Linux, `%APPDATA%\ingetrazo\plugins\` on Windows) and its tools appear in the menu. A broken plugin can never prevent IngeTrazo from starting: it shows as a disabled "⚠ (load error)" entry instead.

Two reference plugins ship inside the app:

- **Model Info** — geometry counts, bounding box in your document's units, materials in use with painted area per material, layers, and BIM objects with quantities — the same numbers the BIM tray and the IFC export report.
- **Python Console** (`Ctrl+Shift+P`) — a live scripting console over the open document. Every run is **one undoable step**: Ctrl+Z removes what a script built, the document knows it has unsaved changes, and a script that fails rolls back completely. Try **"Run script file…"** with `scripts/create_architectural_showcase.py` — it builds a small BIM-tagged pavilion, and a single Ctrl+Z undoes it.

Writing your own plugin is documented in [`docs/plugins.md`](https://github.com/ingelibre/ingetrazo/blob/main/docs/plugins.md). The plugin API is not stable yet (0.x).

**Credit where due:** the extension system is based on contributions by Ahsan Mehmood ([OpenSKP](https://github.com/iamahsanmehmood/openskp) — the library that powers IngeTrazo's native `.skp` import), consolidated and reworked in #4. Thank you!

Also in this release: the repository now runs the full test suite on every pull request.
