### Added
- **New effect: Lumen — real-time global illumination.** A swarm of coloured fireflies lights a soft breathing silhouette, and every light casts long, soft-edged shadows with plausible penumbras. Each firefly is tuned to a pitch class so loud notes light their own lights, kicks pulse the whole room, bass swells the silhouette, and tonal passages thicken the air into volumetric god-rays.
- **New effect: Protea — a living Flow Lenia ecosystem fed by the music.** Three species of amoebae with membranes and organelles hunt, merge, and divide across a mass-conserving field; loudness is their food, so a quiet passage starves them until they visibly shrink and a loud one brings them surging back. Bass swells their bodies, onsets rain nutrient droplets, and key changes mutate the species region by region.

## Getting started

**macOS**: Open the DMG, drag Fosfora.app to Applications (or run directly). Signed and notarized.

**Linux / Windows**: Extract, run `fosfora` from the extracted directory. The `assets/` folder must be next to the binary.

- **Audio**: Built-in mic or line-in for audio-reactive visuals
