- Table column widths in default wrap layout changed
- TableDelegate::visible_rows_changed now fires with 0..1 for one row and 0..0 for none

It significantly improves text rendering, editor completions, tables, menus, and accessibility while reducing per-frame state writes to optimize long scrolling views.
