Users can now create merge commits with `wt merge --no-ff` and evaluate templates from the command line using the experimental `wt step eval`. Worktree removal has been made cleaner by hiding temporary state directories.

The interactive picker adapts to narrow terminals by using a vertical layout, and tab completion issues in Bash are resolved. This patch also fixes `wt merge` failures when `submodule.recurse=true` is set.
